Geek squad install was great. They let me know when they were arriving and did so on time. They had all the tools and supplies required. Installed everything very quickly, answered all my questions and left the job site very clean and neat. Overall very happy, will use them again. 5 stars.

Great Service They arrived early :) instead late evening appointment. Took them 30 minutes to install dryer. They made sure everything was running fine before leaving.

So, this should say something to the product quality. I rated their service based on using Geek Squad in the past. They have always been very helpful and quick for me.

They came on time & quickly set up my washer & dryer but neglected to ask me which side I'd like the dryer door to open from. Unfortunately they put it on the wrong side.

The Best Buy install team came on time and did a perfect Gas Dryer install.

Great Dryer installation if you don't have the correct valve is going to be a little more expensive to install it.

You need this to hook up a gas washer and i need to review it. It works.

I was worried about the installation from a big box store, but the guys were courteous, prompt, and did a great job.

They were friendly and fast, but just a few minutes after they left the dryer vent came loose and I found that even though the required semi-rigid dryer vent kit comes with 2 elbows, they used no elbows and just formed the vent into a sort of elbow. They did not leave any of the parts to the vent kit behind and I suspect I'm not the only one that this has happened to. What are they doing with all the parts that they take with them, brand new and unused? At least they could have asked if I wanted them. I did pay for them. So if you plan to get an installation, just watch the parts they use, and don't use, and if you want the extra parts that you paid for, you'll probably have to ask for them. I also have been waiting for a survey to provide feedback to the company, but it hasn't come. I thought they said to watch for a survey email on their way out, but I guess I was mistaken.

Installers were great. Fast and efficient. Area was clean when they were done.

The 2 guys who came to install my dryer and washer actually didn’t install them. They said we need some other parts to install. We also need to change pipe. They asked if we want to take the washer and dryer as is, or do we want them to take it and drop it off when we have all the parts ready and the pipe are changed. They offered to sell us 1 of the parts. When my husband ask how much? 1 of the guys said “as much as you want, doesn’t matter” They were so obvious that they didn’t want to do the installation. They took the money and left. My husband installed the washer and dryer himself in 5mins, then realize we really didn’t need the part that they sold us. I guess the guys want to get some money from us thinking we don’t know anything about installation. Although I paid for the installation fee I didn’t call them for a refund because I really don’t want to deal with best buy again. Very uncomfortable shopping experience.

Great work from the installers installing my dryer and and removing my old one. I love my new gas dryer.

Team that came on Dec 15th to install dryer & reverse door were excellent. Updated ETA by texts & phone calls. Made sure installation was correct and apologized for their co-worker, Wilbur, being a no show on Saturday Dec 11th. Co-worker signed off on dec 11th install completed. What a mess to get straightened out. Thanks to everyones help in making this right
