They installed the extra long gas line cable I provided and once they connected the dryer, they did a test of my dryer to make sure it was operating correctly.

Installation problem

They said we need some other parts to install. We also need to change pipe. They asked if we want to take the washer and dryer as is, or do we want them to take it and drop it off when we have all the parts ready and the pipe are changed. They offered to sell us 1 of the parts. When my husband ask how much? 1 of the guys said “as much as you want, doesn’t matter” They were so obvious that they didn’t want to do the installation. They took the money and left. My husband installed the washer and dryer himself in 5mins, then realize we really didn’t need the part that they sold us. I guess the guys want to get some money from us thinking we don’t know anything about installation. Although I paid for the installation fee I didn’t call them for a refund because I really don’t want to deal with best buy again. Very uncomfortable shopping experience.
