This was no an ordinary install because the vent pipe had to be changed to a side vent. Install went fine. Dryer works great.

The connection is not long enough. Not everyone has a connector that is in close proximity to dryer placement.

Only the delivery and installation took time (more than a month) due to COVID-19 but It was perfectly done once they guys come in.

This dryer is pretty decent at a reasonable price. I like that it has a good amount of settings specific to your needs. The only issue I have with it is that the energy saving setting does not fully dry medium to large loads and I have to run the cycle again.

They did not install my dryer and had to have a friend install. I was not present when delivered but do not buy the excuse. Said I could have rescheduled install after I bought a part but was without dryer for days already. If I didn't have a great past with Best Buy would have given 1 star but I believe this will be a one time bad review and would still recommend their services.

Very professional an hassle free installation, the old dryer and washer were taken away

They delivered and hooked up the dryer in a relatively quick time. They did leave dirty finger prints on the wall, but they wiped right off. No real complaints here.

Bought a brand new washer and dryer set from best buy and had both delivered and installed. Made sure that I got the correct install kits and services. The delivery went fine however after the fact whenever I went into the laundry room I smelled gas. Turning off the gas at the nozzle, the smell went away. I contacted the local gas company and they sent someone out. They found that the installer used a gas hose meant for a range and as such they used two different types of adapters to make it fit on the line. In addition the technician found that barely if any sealant was used which made the leak worse. I paid him to do the install correctly. The best buy hired contractors did alright for the washer however I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND using them for gas dryer installs as it easily could have been dangerous.

installers did a great job. they were courteous and careful when installing the gas dryer. very happy when job completed. love the size of the drum. it dries big loads of clothes and great for queen size comforters.
