I have never had an issue with the Best Buy delivery/set up guys. They showed up within the window time. Had washer and dryer set up in about 30 minutes. Cleaned up after themselves. Explained how to use the washer and dryer and left. Great guys, very friendly and they know what they are doing. Sure I could have installed the washer and dryer myself but with my bad back it's worth the extra for installation. They gave me excellent service so I three a few bucks their way.

Came to the house and had all the tools necessary for a full dryer install. Great work.

Best Buy delivered my dryer and was supposed to hook up. The delivery people quickly identified an issue with my gas line and informed me the dryer couldn’t be hooked up until the gas line was fixed. Once the gas line was fixed, I was told Best Buy would come back out to hook up. I’m grateful to the delivery people who identified an issue and a potential problem had the dryer been connected. Very professional and courteous delivery people.

Somewhat satisfied there was a lot of ducks tape in regards to this project but for $15 to drag it down there pull the old appliances out, it was worth it

The guys were awesome. I stayed with them every minute of the installation and they were kind, courteous, and attentive to what I wanted. They even made helpful suggestions for positioning and use. They made sure absolutely everything was set up perfect and working correctly even making sure they were perfectly leveled on my old basement floor which doesn't have even 2" level anywhere.

Very professional installation for my gas dryer/ washer and refrigerator. I bought a ice maker ref but the apartment doesn’t have holes for water pipe. They help me to locate the pipe line in a proper way without exposure from outside cabinets . I’m very satisfied for their experience to help customer’s needs.

Great guys. Worked their butts off. Knew what they were talking about. Here's the thing. These folks hauled my old one away. In doing so, they had to find a way to get my dryer to the back of their truck so that they could keep the deliveries up front. WHAT A PAIN! No complaining. No frustration shown toward us. Just great customer service. AND ON TIME!!!!
