The installers arrived and asked if I had any tools. That should have alerted me to a problem. They borrowed my crummy wrenches to install the washer and dryer. After a while, they let me know they couldn't complete the dryer installation because they needed some adapter. They left in a hurry. There was no explanation of how to use my machines, nor did they level them. Just a short while later, I smelled gas. The emergency gas technician told me there was no way the installers could not have been aware they broke my gas line. The break was below the dryer, between floors and gas was flowing freely through the house, at BOOM level.

The installers had the right equipment, knew their task and were neat and efficient.

Installed quickly and appliance was working within in ten minutes.

They hooked up my stove & I had an issue. They said if I have problems they would come back.

I love my new washer and gas dryer. I especially like the heavy load settings, as my son is a weightlifter and his clothes can really smell. His workout clothes always come out smelling fresh. And the dryer, with the steam setting, gets the wrinkles out nicely. The guys did a great job Installing them. They were friendly, careful and very knowledgeable.

Installer was efficient but didnt completw the door changes did it myself as well as relocating

The first delivery/installers were sloppy and left us with an inoperable dryer. The second set of drivers who came to bring new dryer were awesome. We requested they come back to deliver the washer when we got it.

The lint "catcher" collects lint on both sides of the removable tray. Seems to be a poor design or poor venting. Dryer installed by Best Buy delivery.

The washer wash great and it came on time. Everything was great.

Delivery man was late. Was careful hauling unit to second floor and removing old unit. Gave me time to clean area. Courteous team.

The gas line was too short (4 feet and I needed 6) and they didn't have the right sized coupling (my existing coupling was 5/8ths of an inch and they had 3/8ths), so I told them to just leave it and had my own plumber come the next day to complete the installation. But they tried and did install my washer perfectly. It was my preference to call in my own plumber.

They were in and out quickly. Explained everything and hauled off the old dryer without leaving a mess.

Not sure there is much I can say about this feature. Best Buy installed my dryer and it works.

The venting on the back of the dryer was insufficiently connected. During the first load hot air, high humidity, with high CO2 was emitted into the air and was unusable. Needed another appointment. Second installation workers were efficient and professional. Problem resolved but inconvenient problem.
