The Tech did a wonderful professional job installing our LG gas dryer.

Went in without a hitch. Everything works and the installers took the time to make sure it was all correct.

Don’t buy appliances from Best Buy - just don’t. Purchased a washer and dryer and the first time delivering it, I purchased the install for both appliances and they couldn’t install the dryer because bestbuy only sells generic parts and not the ones needed for my dryer (why have me purchase something that I can’t use?) and then can’t install? So I had to go out and purchase the parts, set up another install date, the second install was not done correctly - I still smell a gas leak from the dryer! I understand Best Buy uses a 3rd party for installs but truly- this is the worst experience I could ever have received. (The second gentleman to come for the install was an absolute pleasure so this has nothing to do with him). However, at this point I’m contemplating returning both units and purchasing from somewhere else.

Very professional, courteous, and COVID conscience. I was especially impressed with how SAFELY the (2) man troop carefully brought in such a heavy equipment. They made it look like child's play. The (2) men very carefully traversed the home to the set up site, installed quickly, explained the features, and hauled away the old one in a very swift, efficient manner.

The installers had the right equipment, knew their task and were neat and efficient.

The guys came in and took out the old dryer fast! Then they got the new dryer hooked up fast. Thanks Guys!

Did not have part needed for installation. How can they install if parts are not also provided.

Awesome dryer for home, they came in and installed professionally no complains so far so good

The installers arrived and asked if I had any tools. That should have alerted me to a problem. They borrowed my crummy wrenches to install the washer and dryer. After a while, they let me know they couldn't complete the dryer installation because they needed some adapter. They left in a hurry. There was no explanation of how to use my machines, nor did they level them. Just a short while later, I smelled gas. The emergency gas technician told me there was no way the installers could not have been aware they broke my gas line. The break was below the dryer, between floors and gas was flowing freely through the house, at BOOM level.

Mostly they did a good job. They left some hand prints on unit, one small scuff, and I don't think the dryer vent was placed as well as it could be.

They hooked up my stove & I had an issue. They said if I have problems they would come back.

Installer was efficient but didnt completw the door changes did it myself as well as relocating

My wife was the one who met the installers, but they were on time and did the basic installation. My drier had a steam function, but I am not sure whether they connected the water hose which seem to be needed - still need to check. The instruction said that the drier included a water hose "splitter" from the washer, but they did not seem to leave that either...

The Installers was very coutesy and polite. Professional and fast they were In and Out with Smile.

I love my new washer and gas dryer. I especially like the heavy load settings, as my son is a weightlifter and his clothes can really smell. His workout clothes always come out smelling fresh. And the dryer, with the steam setting, gets the wrinkles out nicely. The guys did a great job Installing them. They were friendly, careful and very knowledgeable.

Very professional, quick, and on-time service at a great price

We get our washer and dryer delivered on September 12, the installation guy left after he set the washer and dryer in testing. When we first use the dryer, it always shows error code D95 and the dryer stopped working every 20 minutes. After checking the exhaust system, we noticed the duct was twisted and that's exactly why the dryer cannot function well. the next day we called customer service to ask them to repaired and they said they can only send technician come to our house a week later, which means we would not be able to use the dryer for a week! This is the first time we had such a bad experience of installation ever. that makes it hard to let me trust installation service any more.
