They walked away without realizing the duct punctured when they pushed it back; however I caught them before they drove away and they came in and replaced the duct.

The installation of our new gas dryer (including a dryer door reversal) was terrible, took 4 visits, and ended up costing us more money in the end. Visit #1 - Best Buy (BB) 3rd party delivery people showed up to deliver and install our new gas dryer. The dryer connection kit that BB sold to us did not fit our gas pipe (which was too big) and the delivery people refused to even touch the gas line to try to resolve the problem. They suggested that we could either go purchase a larger connection (and retum the one BB sold us), or call a plumber. Visit #2 - we purchased a larger connection and scheduled BB installers to return to finish the installation etc a few days later. When they arrived, the new connection we purchased also didnt fit, and the BB installers again refused to try to resolve the problem and left. So, we called a plumber, and $180 later, we finally had the right connection set up for the installers to finish the install, and scheduled BB to return a few days later. Visit #3 - the BB installers showed up and installed the dryer, but refused to do the door reversal, stating that enough time was not scheduled for them to do that. The door reversal had been on every order and install schedule since the beginning. I even called BB beforehand to make sure it was still on the order. So, we had to schedule BB for another visit to reverse rhe door (i.e. Visit # 4) which they did a few days later. So, 4 visits, it cost us $180 more, and 4 days of taking time off of work. VERY UNHAPPY.

This product is over and above expectations Definitely buy it again

The product was almost delivered to my neighbor house and when I flagged them to tell them it was the wrong house they finally deliver to us. They stated they could not install because the gas line needed an adapter. They could not install it and left. Took a picture of the gas line hookup took the new gas line to local hardware store they told us we had everything we need, showed us how to hook up the gas line ourself. We were able to successfully do it ourself without any issues or leaks. I do not think the personal are qualified to install or need additional training on different scenarios which they might encounter. . I was able to get a refund on the installation fee

So the first time the Dryer was installed it seemed fine but then started making a noise so we had to have someone come and replace the Dryer. When the new installer came they said that both my washer and dryer were both hooked up wrong and had to redo them. All that to say is the first people who came out messed it up but the second people got it right!

Professional efficient installation done promptly.

The installation was fine, the issue I had was the price. They said it’d be $20 or $30 which sounded great, I could save my dads knees but it ended up being $300 or so. Had I known they’d add all this extra stuff on I’d have had my dad do it for free.

This items was delivered and installed incorrectly. There was a gas smell. We called local gas company and they confirmed gas leak. They shut the valve and ask us to call the installer ASAP. We called the geek squad and the scheduled a re-install. We got confirmation date/time frame on the phone by text. We waited all day and after 4 hrs delay called the BestBuy again and they said there was no appointment. We have all the email and text confirmations. We had to call local appliance business and they re-installed the item. It took 3 weeks total for before we could use the dryer.

Left it uninstalled because the gas outlet and the hose attachment were not the same size. Did not tell me how to remedy the situation. Should have had options of different hose sizes with adapters on hand.

You got to be lucky to get decent installers. We returned Samsung Dryer 3 times because of the Gas leak from the dryer and every single time these installers had no clue. Called the Nicor to find out where the Gas was leaking and it was Samsung Dryer. Finally bought LG dryer and then we got an excellent installer. The guy was super fast, very professional and courteous and that's why I would recommend and my 5 stars.
