Not sure why this needs a review but it’s a must to get things going.

I can't believe I had to pay $20 for installation, when they left the dryer on but with no heat. I signed up for this so that I wouldn't have to worry about any aspect of the installation process. They showed me that it was on and "working" and told me to let it run through a cycle. Then they left. After I put the first load in, it was still damp after a full cycle. I had to call in a friend to check on what they thought was wrong, because I certainly wasn't going to have to deal with the installers or waiting for Best Buy to fix it. Come to find out, they didn't turn on the gas! Is that not the cornerstone of installation? Annoyed. If install were free, not an issue, but paying $20 for incompetence is frustrating.

Installer was unable to install dryer due to it being directly underneath the main circuit panel to the house. They did not come prepared to relocate the dryer.

Your team did not install the gas hose correctly on my dryer. This resulted into a major gas leak that the gas company had to come and fix. My gas bill from the leak also went up $200. The gas company said we were very lucky that an explosion did not occur do to this week. What’s even more concerning is that I reached out to customer service and your media outlets to post this incident and I have never been contacted back.

The installers were top notch. Would not have wanted to try and complete this task. Very wise to leave this to the ex[erts

The clothes dryer duct was smashed when the dryer was pushed back towards the wall. I replaced the duct myself by getting a new duct and accessories at Home Depot because I wanted to use the clothes dryer during the weekend. The clothes dryer was also supposed to have a water line hose provided and installed because the dryer is a steam clothes dryer. I had to call LG to get the water line and sent to me and I installed it! Poor service by Best Buy and the delivery person/installer.

Guys came in a timely fashion and made the installation and easy process. Would definitely recommend it.

Installers remover old dryer and intalled new one, no problems ween real smooth.

The guys that came out to help set up were on time and very polite but I didn't like the price I had to pay for it

Installation company told us we had to have a new gas line put in because it didn't match the input size for the dryer. This is all despite the installation hardware that was required for purchase with ther services stated they had various size gas lines to meet everyone's needs. The services company told us they would come back and connect the dryer when we had the gas line replaced. We called a local company to come out and look. That company was at the house 10 minutes in total. They put an adapter on, connected the dryer and left. Go local, with skilled technicians!

The team did a good, efficient and clean job. I would have rated them higher had they not been late.

You only need them once so no biggie. Not a tool you’ll use for anything other than one application.

I live in a condo where the washer/dryer are inside a small closet. I would not have been able to do the installation on my own without a lot of blood, sweat, and tears so having Best Buy do it for me was a great decision. They were very professional and had the new units installed quickly with no problems. These guys knew what they were doing for sure!

The two Installers were professionals and did a great job removing my old washer/dryer and installing the new ones. However, they did not wear booties over their shoes and did not clean up the mess left after removing the old washer/dryer (spilled water on carpet & hard wood floors, dust bunnies).

The delivery guy cleaned out the duck and make sure he hooked the duck up correctly and took the old installment and bought the new installment and it hooked it up
