The installment

Always an issue

This time was not much different. They weren't able to finish the installation so I had to have a family member come do it. There is always some liability issue that comes up that stops them from finishing the job.

Mixed bag on install service

The first team that came was able to install the washer and they did a great job. There weren't able to install the dryer due to the gas fitting needing to be replaced and they couldn't remove the old one. The second team came to install the dryer, after getting the new fitting installed by a plumber. They attached the gas line just fine, with no issues, but they did a sloppy job on the dryer exhaust. They just slapped it on loosely, no clamps were used. It leaked like crazy, so I had to pull the dryer out and re-install the exhaust hose to the dryer using the clamps that the installers didn't use.

They got the job done

The second installers were more professional but I still am in doubt of the dryer's leveling. They got the job done, but 2 stars is all I would give them.

Did not come with a gas line that was long enough. Had to purchase another one to make it work within the space,

Required for geek squad protection?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's not really hard to plug in a dryer and hook up a water line, but if you're worried about it they can do it in no time. Pretty sure they gypped me on a 90d elbow that came with the air vent kit, but other than that, everything went smoothly. Just make sure you have a short run to your existing dryer vent line.
