Installation of Whirlpool gas dryer was great and efficient

My appointment window was 9am-1pm, but agents didn't show up until The agents came late at almost 2:20pm-2:30pm after I called the service twice. They came in, checked the way to basement and asked me to remove the one door above stairs and light( there is enough room downstairs they just need to bend a little bit but they don't want). I finished then within 5 mins. Then they told me they can't get items in so asked me to remove another basement door. I took about 5-10mins to removed it as they asked so they can move them into the room. After it was done. But they told me they need to leave no matter how I asked them to finish the job. I totally took about less than 10-15mins to do what them asked. But they ran away and leave me no choice to have the machines outside of our home. They left at 3pm which stayed around 30mins. They kept saying they stayed 1hr but I told him I have record. He didn't care and just left without look at me. I removed 2 doors and light but they didn't even use the stairs(i told one guy they can use another way) they asked and didn't install at all but left my washer and dryer outside of the house. Such horrible service team I've ever see which can't be trusted. I want to ask my money back. Don't use their installation services! They just don't want to do the work!! I will never use their installation services anymore! You will see such a bad experience and get nothing!

The installer came within the delivery window; however, he only installed my fridge, and said my washer and dryer cannot be installed given my drip pan is not large enough. After i measure, it was big enough. Need to call Best Buy to reschedule another appointment and waste another 4 hours of my time.

The technician came and set up my gas dryer. I purchased a ventilation pipe and he installed the old one because he stated that Best Buy didn't carry a flexible ventilation pipe that my dryer needs because of where the vent was set up on my wall. That I should by another one from Loews. In addition to that my garage kept smelling like gas. Needless to say my husband had to reinstall my dryer correctly with the appropriate ventilation pipe and teflon tape on the gas connection to stop the gas smell/leak. I did return the original ventilation pipe that I purchased from Best Buy. I did tell Best Buy about my experience with the installation and they did reimburse me the installation cost.

the techs that came to my home for set up were great!! They were professional, nice and knowledgeable! They were in and out so fast, like a well oiled machine and even gave me a few minutes to sweep up in between taking the old and installing the new! I have my fingers crossed that should I ever need delivery again...they send the same two! One can wish and hope right?

Need skilled installers. Removal of old and install went smoothly

Beware of Best Buy employees installing a gas dryer. My line didn't match their fitting so they stacked adapters in order to try to make it fit. He started up the dryer, it got warm so he said "You're good to go. You'll smell gas for 20 minutes or so but then everything will be fine." My laundry is in my garage and hours later there was still a strong gas smell. Had PG&E come out and the technician said the adapters Best Buy used were totally incorrect and it was leaking like a sieve. He said he sees this all the time with Best Buy installations.

Best Buy installed my washer and dryer did an excellent job. They were very professional and were very careful not to bump the walls when they brought it in and took to the basement. They were very friendly and showed me a few things about the washer and dryer. A big thanks to the gentlemen who performed the installed for Best Buy, they did a Great Job!

The install guys did not know it was a stackable Washer and Dryer and at first left them side by side. I would not use those installers again or get them educated.

Install and clean took less than 20 minutes. Everything works perfectly .

Make sure to buy these materials when you purchase a washing machine. This is what’s required for your washing machine to work very good materials.

The review is for the installation. It was a nightmare and a shame because I typically buy all my appliances from Best Buy. This will be the last time. 1st install the guys didn't have a part on the truck so I had to reschedule; 2nd time the guys said he was right down the street then never showed or called to say he was now not coming; tried a 3rd time; finally on the 4th (and a week and half later) a guy with a really bad attitude showed up. Dryer itself is great!
