Excellent Service

Although I didn't know the dryer needed a water hose to connect to the water line for the steam function use. I was informed of it when the dryer was being installed. I took care of that water hose issue the same day.

Not a good delivery and install team

It wasnt an option in checkout either that I remember. Delivery guys struggled with the old dryer up 10 wide stairs and gouged my vinal floors pretty badly on top of the landing. They also didnt test the dryer after installing it and how do i know that? The gas was never turned back on. Took a couple of loads to figure that out. Would not recomend.

Reluctant installation

The installer initially refused to do the job and I asked him to call his supervisor who asked him to get busy. He did a fine job from there on but was not happy about it.
