Worth the money and no mess to clean up. He leveled the appliance and checked functions.

The delivery person would not break a cap on the line required as part of the installation. I had to contact my general contractor for assistance before installation could be complete, causing major delay.

I received a few phone calls confirming delivery, and also letting me know their estimated time of arrival. I had two gentlemen arrive with my gas dryer and they quickly got to work getting it ready to install. They installed it easily. There were no issues and they were nice and polite. Thank you!

These service representatives have poor communication. After having one service properly handle the same washer and dryer, another refused to do the same job due to a hazard that was never communicated from the previous service. After going back and forth, a Best Buy rep told me that they would cover the costs of an electrician, ONLY to go back on their word and refuse to give me the full amount. The electrician was $600, and Best Buy gave me $100. This company is a disappointment and a scam.

They were going to use my old dryer duct instead of the new one. He tried to convince me it wasn't necessary(but I think he was going to try and pocket it) had I not been watching the installation. After he knew that I was watching, everything else went fine.

I had them come back to install washer and dryer because one of the connections needed to be replaced. They delivered but would not install either since they couldn’t install both. So I had to wait…….but at least it was done right!

It’s not the Best Buy, but the people geek squad hires is really bad. They should interview them properly before sending them to a custome. As some are super rude, don’t know what they are doing, and some are kids. So please be careful here

The installers at Pacific Sales were great. They removed the existing washer and dryer in no time, unboxed and installed the new ones pretty quickly too. I recommend getting new hoses, whether it's through them or on your own, but make sure to get them. It'll save you time and aggravation later.

Best Buy’s 3rd party delivery partners were unprofessional. They charged me for a mistake they made, they were observing the inside of my house which was uncomfortable. Do not recommended using their installation service

The dryer was installed, however, the tech did not install the Smart Choice - Semi-Rigid Dryer Vent Kit Required for Hook-Up - Silver which was included in this purchase. This is concerning I am now questioning if the Tech installed the Smart Choice - Dryer Gas Line Required for Hook-Up - Yellow which was also purchased or if the existing gas line was utilized and not replaced.

Delivery crew are hit or miss. Some are nice and helpful, others want any excuse to move on to the next appointment.

This was a great experience. The guys were so polite. Delivered it and installed it. They made sure it worked and showed me how to use it. I would recommend this service....even if you have a truck, like me. It saves so much time and headache.
