New dryer new install kit, gotta do what ya gotta do.

Guy was not very efficient and did not know how to fit the oval exhaust

Wasn't impressed with this instillation because all they do is hook it up...if you actually need a line ran just a smidgen further, you have to hire someone else to do it. That being said the guy's where very polite and apologetic.

Quick installment by installers. Easy and was able to use quickly.

It’s ok but still needs a long time to dry. Wish I had upgraded when I bought it.

I would give 4 Stars for SAMSUNG Washer/Dryer. But negative 10 Stars for Installation guys who could not install Dryer. They didn't have proper tools to install Gas Dryer. Pathetic. I had call a Plumber and paid $85 to install later.

The installers didn’t check to see if unit was working. We tried to dry laundry twice and didn’t work. Realized the gas wasn’t turned on. So we had to move the heavy unit aside, crawl behind, to turn it on. So inconvenient!

It took Best Buy 4 visits to finally install my dryer correctly (although I’m still waiting to see if this install doesn’t have problems). First they installed the vent tubing crimped, so air/lint didn’t pass from the dryer to the wall vent. Then they came back and installed a new vent kit, but it was installed backwards and without a clamp on the wall, and it came off the wall shortly after install. Then they came for a third visit and weren’t able to access the back of the dryer anymore because we had the drain pain hooked-up and they couldn’t move the unit to get behind it. So, I had to have a plumber detach it so the 4 set of installers could get behind the W/D. Then, the fourth set came and installed a flexible dryer hose that I had purchased because all 3 prior crews had said that the semi rigid vent tubing Best Buy supplies is not good for the install. It took weeks between each install, so overall it was months before my dryer was up and running. Absolutely ridiculous. And then Best Buy offered me a $100 gift card for my inconvenience. It took us 4 visits, several months, and a plumber to get the install finally done. Seems like their inconvenience renumeration was subpar. I argued for a long time and got escalated to a supervisor who was able to give me a more reasonable compensation, but it took a lot of effort, and it should have never taken 4 visits to install a dryer correctly. I would definitely hesitate to use Best Buy for a W/D install in the future.

I was very impressed with my installer. The gas flex line that came with the dryer wasn’t long enough. He told me where I could get a longer one nearby and waited while I picked it up. Then he completed the install. Thanks!

Easy to coordinate, techs efficient. Showedip on time. Removed old equipment, unpacked new equipment, correctly placed and installed it as requested. Removed all packing, tested and explained use and maintenance. Pleasent experirnce.

Prior Samsung Washer/Dryer installation issues were quickly resolved, and I appreciated their expertise.
