There was a dent on the fridge and scratches on the dryer. They took 4 weeks to replace the dented door of the fridge and they said I would get $130 for the scratches on the dryer as compensation but I have not got it yet.

Had a washer, dryer and fridge installed. The people installing took the time to get everything to fit in the tight areas we have in our house, taking the products apart and rebuilding inside to make sure nothing was damaged and everything fit. Far beyond our expectations!

If you're getting an installation from the 3rd party Best Buy company make sure to call ahead constantly. We were promised one week and ended up being 3 weeks. But the installation itself went smoothly and they did a good job.

My delivery and install was excellent. I went across the street and bought them In-n-out burgers, by the time I returned they were finished. Explained the machines and began test run. They were neat and prideful in there work.

Two guys came to install new dryer, washer, and refrigelator at once. Yet, they were so professional and knew exactly what to do. They explained to me how to use it carefully. They left my place without any paper, plastic, and trash. They were fast and smooth, did a great job!

Had the dryer installed and it was not done properly. The smell of gas was coming from our dryer randomly after running it. Upon inspection from the gas company they reported the dryer was not installed properly at the connection from the line to the machine. Very unsettling as our dryer is located directly between bedrooms.

The 2 gentlemen who delivered and installed my dryer were the best. They were polite informative and knowledgeable. They were named Ron and Rob I think. I have had some poor deliveries before but these guys were so nice. They represented Best Buy very well. Thank them for me.

Guys were very prompt and organized. They were quick and polite. As it turned out, they recommended that we didn't require the gas installation kits we thought we would need.
