This sure makes it easier for the installation of your dryer. The delivery guys must have appreciated it too. I never seen these tools. Maybe someone else may benefit too.

I guess everybody is pro on their own area so let them do it.

The installer hooked up the gas line and the water line for steam to the dryer *and* connected the exhaust to the venting I had specifically installed for easy and straight through exhaust.

DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NOT get anything installed by best buy. They will hire just a local sub-contractors from Craiglist. They won't know one bolt from another. and THEY WILL mess up your piping. I had a dryer installation scheduled for the 14th of Jan, and 2 weeks later it's still not done. Guy 1 comes, says, there is no shut off valve on the line. and left. There WAS ONE. I wasn't home so couldn't show it to him. 2 weeks later. another guy calls me Paul from best buy that someone is coming they are running late. by 6 hours. Guy 2 comes. This time I took off from work lost pay just so that I can show him the valve. He says, oh the valve is there but the pipe is 1/2 inch. you need a 3/4 inch fitting. I spoke to his manager Chris. He said, whatever the installation guy says goes. I got a plumber to come and change it from 1/2 to 3/4. Guy 3 comes, now he says, you don't need 3/4. you need 3/8! He won't let me talk to his manager says to call best buy and leaves. He left the dryer at my home and just leaves. These are the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL human being I have dealt with. I urge you to NOT GO WITH THEM.

The Best Buy installers/delivery men that came to our home were awesome! The guys were very knowledgeable, very courteous, and did a great job hooking up both our washer and dryer we really appreciate them

So I have not used this product I don’t even know what it is for. I was told I needed it when I purchased my washer and dryer. I trust my sales guy so I purchased it.

QUICK DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION AFTER PURCHASE. INSTALLERS WERE FRIENDLY, EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND CLEANED UP THE AREA AFTER COMPLETION OF THE INSTALLATION

They installed my dryer with no problems. No complaints.

from ripping up my yard, to tracking mud in my house, to leaving dryer dirty, to bringing an ordered item with the box open and missing parts, to installing vent so poorly it fell off after one use, to breaking parts of the vent, to reinstalling the vent so poorly that hot air was escaping in the house, to paying for a service that I had to do myself, to calling Best Buy multiple times to be told someone will call you back (no one has).......last time I shop at Best Buy

There were 2 people who came to install my humongous washer and dryer. Our laundry room is really tight and so my husband and I were afraid it will be difficult for them to put the washer and dryer in. It took them 30 minutes to carry those in and connect them.

The installers were prompt the only issue is that they did verify that the dryer would start and that the panel lit. But unfortunately it was not checked if it heat was actually working. Because the dryer has not worked since day one.

Great delivery and installation of my Samsung Gas Dryer. (This was installed during mask required months of COVID and the installers were masked, as well as being very efficient.)

The installation of our gas dryer went very smoothly. The installers came during the scheduled time. We cleared the area and had the other items needed for installation. The installers completed the installation quickly and efficiently.

After getting a 4 hr window when the crew would arrive, they were 20 minutes late. Very aggravating. They even called during the window and said they would be there before the end of the window and they were still late.

Installers completed the installation in reasonable time, and met the county inspectors standards.

At first we had a group of people coming to install and haul away the old washer and dryer. Yhey were rude, rushed and the experience was very negagive. I called place a complaint which it led nowhere. I got different guys and they were awesome and helpful.
