The installers were great, showed up on time, were very professional, hauled away my only dryer, installed the new one with new gas line and vent. They were right on time and knew how and what they see doing.

Selecting this option saved me the trouble of hooking up the (new, but the same) gas line and much longer vent hose.

Didn’t turn gas on out of spite because I didn’t allow them to take my old washer and dryer, I had to tell them twice, where one of them just automatically tried to load it in the truck after I told one of them not to, and they didn’t even ask me. Out of spite, aside for not turning the gas on, they also didn’t mention or install the cold water line to the dryer for the steam feature, which I went to home depot an do it myself. No big deal, but I will never let these people in my house again.

The guys that installed my dryer did not do a through job. They wanted me to assist them. The dryer wasn’t leveled they didn’t even try. They didn’t even make sure it worked. I’m not sure what they’re expected to do but I would think I should be able to use it before they left my home. I had to read the install instructions to ensure it was ready.

The gas dryer installation was quick and professional.

After the problem was fixed that the first installers found, the second installers were just as nice and quickly installed and taught me basics on the useage. We were impressed by the employees and think they do their jobs extremely well. BEST BUY ROCKS!!!

This was part of my dryer install and I honestly have no idea what it is. But the dudes installed my dryer and it works so I’m going with a 5 star review.

The installers arrived as scheduled. They were properly prepared and equipped. They were professional and knowledgeable on the installation.

Can't beat having the correct tool for the job. It simply makes life easier. The bummer is you only need them once unless you plan to un-couple the washer/dryer in the future.

installers used incorrect gas line (it was for a range NOT a dryer) causing a terrible gas leak. it took several days and multiple installers o figure out what was wrong. VERY disappointed with the installation process. they also did not change which side of the opening the dryer door opened thus causing the dryer and washer doors to bang into each other when opened.

Delivery Truck dump oil/liquid from the vehicle. Neighbor was upset. Advise driver not to do any maintenance work on the vehicle during delivery. Install was smooth and uneventful except neighbor was upset.

I received a call from the delivery/installation company roughly 30 minutes prior to arriving to my home for delivery and installation. I would have, under normal circumstances, been excited. Except for the fact that they were delivering one day early of our scheduled delivery, without prior notification. Now this was a major inconvenience for many reasons. I just purchased my home and the laundry room was being painted that day in preparation for the next delivery. Secondly, no one was home! Knowing my situation I requested that they not deliver my washer dryer early, and asked if they could deliver the washer & dryer on the agreed date. They stated that this would count as a delivery refusal and expressed that additional delivery fees may apply. They were extremely short, rude, and all around just unhelpful. I had to rush home to try and complete the painting in the laundry before the installers arrived. Since the room was already prepared, I just almost able to the room as the installers arrived. I asked if they would give me 15 minutes to wrap up for install. They refused and said that they had too many deliveries to wait. I'm usually a huge fan of Best Buy, but I'm am very disappointed to say the very least. Negative reviews aren't my thing, but that's how bad this experience was. You should consider this prior to your purchase and delivery scheduling.

We had a wonderful experience with best buy. Everything was on time we had a slight problem with the installation but it was resolved quickly and with excellent service. Thank you best buy
