The guys who installed our dryer were true professionals and I was pleased with their cleanup afterwards. It was a great experience unlike a previous failed install which restored my faith in the geek squad.

The delivery team did a fabulous job again. We would use them again, for sure.

As you can see, we purchased a new washer and dryer in the beginning of the month since ours broke almost two months ago and we have still yet to have it hooked up because we needed a propaine connection, no gas. I was told by the company that they should have asked that when we bought the washer and dryer. However, I was finally able to reach someone after three days calling and being on hold for hours that they could come out soon because I needed to purchase the adapter or conversion kits to do this and I did. Then I was told they could come out that Tuesday which at this point was two weeks ago. I get an email saying I needed to schedule my appointment, even though I just did, again. I was then able to make an appointment for installation today, the 25th and I get on the phone with the individual who was supposed to be coming to connect the dryer and they then thought they were supposed to be hooking up a stove. I have given my order number to different people more than five times where you can clearly see that we did not order a stove. Now we are waiting even longer before being able to have this connected because of a mess up on the companies/individuals end. I asked to speak with a manager to explain this side and was not able to due to not being in offices because of COVID, but I still feel the need to explain that whoever made this mistake has now had my household waiting even longer before getting installed. We will now see if this happens again.

The installation team caused a gas leak when they installed my new gas dryer. I noticed it after they were gone. No joke, it took me nine phone calls, two emails, intense frustration and an entire 10 days until they came back to fix a dangerous error they had caused. I cannot adequately express how frustrated I was. A huge thumbs down.

The delivery employees were courteous, and performed their job well.

The install service is good, especially for the price!

The guys that came to hook up the steam were wonderful. They got the job done quickly and I could get back to work

They did a fine job overall, however, they failed to use thread tape causing a small gas smell. once I installed the proper tape, the smell was eliminated.

We picked a time frame from 9-12. We didnt get a call that they were running late we waited finally got a call after 12.. got there an hour late.. only plus is that they were quick with the installation

I had best buy install my dryer but they wouldn't install it because the gas was turned off. So I had to call and reschedule which took some time but I understand the safety factor if it had leaked after the installation that would put my family in danger.

Thanks again Best Buy for helping me get the right tools I need for the perfect washer & dryer installation.

Excellent job done by the installers provided by Best Buy. Did a professional, thorough job, humorous, and did everything quickly and out of the house. Called before coming so we're prepared and within 10-15 minutes of the scheduled time-frame.

They were able to install the dryer fairly quickly

5 Stars for the installation team. TIGHT SPACE for the stacking of the washer and dryer. I did not have to ask for the clean up after the installation. They cleaned while the test cycles were running.

Installation of my new LG Dryer was fine once it arrived. The installers were competent and professional. I recommend Best Buy installation without hesitation. Thank you Best Buy.

Everything came packaged well and easy to install.

The dryer was not connected to the gas line and I had a gas leak for 24 hours in my home and only Nicor was willing to act within 48 hours. Best Buy has determined that $150 should cover the danger of this situation. I have heard that someone else had the exact same problem with their instillation from the same group.

I will not purchase an install job again from BB. Second gas appliances that was installed and had a gas leak. The first time I fixed it by replacing and redoing the entire install. No credit was given. This time demanded installers return to fix. Ok on the second visit (they overtightened the fitting and damaged it). Nice guys but don’t want another visit from the local Fire Department for an improperly installed item. No more gas run appliances from BB!

I had some issues with the washer being delivered, even though the washer and dryer were purchase at the same time. They delivered the dryer but would not install until the washer was there as well.
