The guy did not offer me the option to be able to clean where they removed the old drier. The guy was nice, however I did not find out until they set up my washer days later, that they never hooked up my drier to the water line so the STEAM did not work. I thought that was very poor service. HOWEVER I called best buy and they resolved my concern and took care of my complaint and my business. I would definitely continue to use best buy for shopping/service.

The installers were magnificent. They completed all work in record time and then showed me how to use both the washer and dryer. They were not able to deal with the wifi but I was able to complete that quickly by going on line to Samsung.

Did not have all parts required to install. Contractors for Best Buy said they were not allowed to purchase addtl parts. I finally got it right.

Watch them is the main point as they dont follow directions well. Somewhat in a hurry to install but hey they got it done and 2 attempts

As I feared, the Best Buy delivery/installation team was not permitted to stack the Whirlpool dryer on top of our existing Whirlpool washing machine since they were not identical models. The washer's top dimensions exactly matched the dryer's bottom dimensions. Make other installation arrangements if your units aren't an exact match.

The Geek Squad team arrived on time, were friendly, and had the job done quickly. Even saved me some money because I did not need some of the extra parts.

Had a dryer install/removal. They showed up on time, worked quickly and safely, then verified operation of the new dryer. I’m usually a diy-er, but this is definitely worth the price.

The team came in and were efficient and professional. They knew what they were doing. No problem at all and I truly appreciated how pleasant they were.

Installation was cancelled with no notification until I called to ask what was happening. Rescheduled the installation. Installers tried to reverse the dryer door, but did not have the correct screw driver, and stripped 4 screws. I had to order replacement screws, and a second installation crew came in to reverse the dryer door, The second crew also found the exhaust vent was not mechanically connected to the dryer, and they also had to adjust the feet on the dryer to prevent the dryer from wobbling.

Install team was on time, quick and professional. Took the time to walk me through all the equipment. Gave me contact information should I have any more questions.

what a warming experience....and dry too. They installed the dryer the same time as the washer....no lives were lost...no eyes gouged out...no tears....just dry towels and socks.
