When connecting the Pedestal to the dryer, the drawer came off the track. Installer’s said a screw was missing from the prior installation. Then he said he could force it back together. The drawer is hard to open. I reported to Best Buy. I’ll have to call again to have it replaced or fixed.

The installers were there when they were supposed to be. The installation was very quick.

the guys that installed my gas dryer were very professional they wore their masks and were very friendly and respectful. I was shown the basics on how to use the dryer.

Was delivered in timely manner and set up. Did not need the extra connections. Now I have those items and could not return them!

You have to buy a new gas line and a new vent kit to have your gas dryer profesionally installed. So let the experts install it for added safety at a nominal added fee.

Horrible experience with the delivery and installation service. I understand Best Buy is a separate company, but somehow they pick this companies. Not only they broke stuff, but when they come back after I had to fixed the issue, another problems emerged, second crew didn’t finish installation. The insurance company ignored me for 3 weeks, till I mentioned lawyers.

Best dryer I ever bought!! I didn't need bells & whistles, just simple quick drying. Love the down pull door!

The item was delivered at the time promised. The installers respected our COVID protocols. They explained verything quite well.

I would rate the installation with zero stars but it would not allow me. The installers dropped the dryer which dented it but we were unable to see if it harmed the dryer due to a very poor installation of our washer which the installed screwed up and we could not use it until they corrected the install. It took the samre 2 guys 4 trips about a week apart that should have been done in 1 trip. Very unhappy with the guys sent for installation. Only 1 of the installers spoke English (and not very good I might add.) When I called Best Buy appliance resolution center the girl made it sound like it was all my fault since I can't speak Spanish.

The technician arrived on time and connected the appliance n no time. Thank you

Gas Dryer Install 1. The first installers Would have been a 2.5 star. 2. installers are 6 star Excellent installers. Make sure it was all leveled fixed everything it needed to be done. Answer all my questions.

The delivery and installation staff were excellent. They were able to hook up my washer/dryer with efficiency and care for my home. They made sure they didn't scratch any walls and respected my property.
