My new gas dryer was easily installed with the new gas hookups. They test your appliance to make sure all is smoothly running and go over how to use your appliance as well.

Service was done in a timely manner. Installation was explained in detail and questioned where answered in detail. I would recommend Best Buy service.

Our gas needed to. Returned off for the installation which meant the water heater shut down and wasn't relit. This cost us an additional $100 to get it lit.

Sergio and his helper were great at disconnecting the old washer and dryer and connecting the new units. Tested the units after set and picked up all the trash. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Installation of my gas dryer by Best Buy was quick and easy. The guys showed up on time and had it connected and up and running in no time.

They came by and could not install the dryer, stating we needed to first replace the wall valves. We replaced the wall valves and the plumber we consulted for this stated this was not even necessary. Best Buy service came back a second time and still could not install the washer or dryer. First they said something about a rusted pipe and were worried they would break it. Then they said something about the size of the fitting was not compatible. We consulted a plumber again who said neither of this was true, and had him install it very easily in 10 minutes. We cancelled the best buy membership, but they still came back to my house a third time even though we declined the service. They insisted to come in anyway and take a picture of the installed product to return to Best Buy. They would not leave until the picture was taken. In short, they could not install it and told us to get a plumber.... twice. The plumber said they were wrong both times. Then they came in and tried to take credit for the installation.

The crew did a great job caring for my new purchase and my home while inside.

The guys were in and out in about 45 minutes. Disconnected and hauled away my old washer and dryer, connected my new washer and dryer and replaced all the lines and vents. Also took away the packaging.

The only reason I gave 1 star was because the sales associates tried to help.Worse experience ever. The first team sent in told us there was a problem with where the hose had to hooked up. They told us to call our plumber. We call the plumber, and reschedule another appointment. Team number 2 stated that it still could not be hooked up because there was a problem with the valve. Again called our plumber who had no idea what the problem was changed the valve per their request. Team number 3 showed up and stated they just couldn't hook up the dryer because of its location. They didn't want to get sued if the dryer didn't work. I ask them to take the dryer and forget hooking it up. I would call the plumber. The response I got was that is is not in his work order. With each frustrating experience with the installatiin team, the only positive experience was dealing with the sales associates at the store who worked very hard to try to make it a better experience. If I had to deal with that company for installation again I would rather buy from another store altogether.
