This install was a train wreck. I know only very little about gas appliances this why I paid for the install. The kids that came knew less than me. He held the hose up and said it didn’t fit and said there was nothing thing he could do. I’d have to call a plumber. So in addition to the install fee, I had to pay a plumber. He came in and showed me where - on the wall gas fixture - was an adapter. He unscrewed the adaptor and viola the hose fit. I can’t believe I paid for two kids with no common sense in troubleshooting to install my dryer. Never again.

Then selection guys took the enjoy your upstairs and set up the gas line. They are very helpful in sitting up all the appliances

I had a new laundry pair that were a gift for family members delivered and installed. According to my family members, the delivery/installation crew were the best. They were very happy with them.

The installers did a very good job. They were polite and courteous. They were very efficient and cleaned up when they were completed.

Work was performed in a timely manner. The men were polite and respectful. They cleaned up after they were finished. We are satisfied with their service.

This was an effect of the installers not wanting to deal with plastics valves. This is what I posted in the review for the washer bought with this dryer. “I had to wait for almost 2 weeks to get the install made. Four attempts. I moved to this new home development where the homes are using plastic valves, i guess that this is the new thing for new homes. Anyways, the first 2 attempts to install this were total fails! Upon seeing the valves, they backed off and asked me to replace the valves with the metal ones. This I cannot do as I consulted with the developer, changing the valves would void the warranty on the plumbing. The third attempt tried but went as far as unboxing the washer and the dryer and installing the tubes on the valves. They stopped when water was coming out of the cold water valve connection to the tubes that they have. They left but tightening the connection solved the leak. The last attempt succeeded but with all the complaining, whining and unpleasantness. I am not really happy with what happened. In short, If you have plastic valves, stay away from Best Buy.”

One if the best parts of buying at BB is their guaranteed service installations. Not only did they come sooner than anticipated, but they were quick and nice n cleaned up after themselves!

Did the job perfectly. Would use these tools again.

Best buy's team is the best. they come in and get straight to work. they do need to ask a little more questions on how customers would like things handled but non the less i love them.

Came in within the time window. Were in and out quickly. Worked neatly. Cleaned up after they finished installing. Tested the new machine. Even told me to return parts I had to buy in the installation kit.

Best buy delivered the dryer and kept me up to date on its arrival. They set up and carried off the old dryer just as promised.

3rd party company sent to install dryer was rushed and didn't bother answering my questions or even testing the dryer. It was discovered later they didn't even turn the gas on, obvious they didn't check for leaks.

Excellent service from Jorge. Would recommend him to anyone.

3rd party was great, had excellent communication and were early for appointment for delivery.

I am glad I chose installation. The door opening direction was reversed as I requested and the dryer was hooked up and leveled. All unneeded packaging was taken away.
