Great parts and should last the life of the appliance

Tech knew exactly what he was doing. Professional and personable!!! When he left the only way I knew he was here was because we had new appliances!

My gas hookup was outdoors and I wasn't sure that it would work. They came out and hooked me up, it worked, but they recommended that I get it replaced because it could leak.

I added the parts and install to the order. When my washer and dryer arrived, the standards parts were wrong and my machine and dryer could not be installed. I called to reserve another install, and received an appointment 6 monts out. Not to mention, I was told where to purchase the correct parts for my dryer install as well as that I can do it myself (because it was that easy). But, there was no way I was attempting because the install requires checking to be sure that there is no gas leak, which I am not qualified to do. Three weeks later and the install and check were finally completed and I was able to use the washer and dryer.

LG Gas Dryer is working well. Gas seems to dry faster than electric which is great since it saves me time when doing laundry.

Simply awesome Friendly confident And explained everything

Doesn't heat up. Just started actually using the machine and it does not get hot. Recently moved into my home and thought that laundry area was good to go. Found out that the dryer doesn't even get hot. Poor quality.

The guys came in within time specified and installed the dryer in no time. They explained to me how to operate the dryer and about other important things. I absolutely recommend the service.

I am giving the guys who made the first attempt to deliver our washer and dryer a thumbs down. They need mire training! First, they said they washer and will not fit the door to my basement after measuring it. They recommended that we have the outer molding taken out for it to fit. Then he said we needed to buy an extension hose to the existing one as it was not long enough and then he said we should have the pipe where the water empties out be made higher it was too low and water may back up. I think they were tired and did not want to be bothered. It was extra expense I did not need on my part as on the 2nd delivery attempt Lewis and Jose were the greatest installers. I did not need to have the door mouldings removed but also did not need the extension water outlet hose to be able to connect it to the outlet pipe on the wall. What a waste of time and money as I had to go to the laundromat again that weekend!
