The gas line Best Buy sold me did not fit the connection in the house so the installer had me pay for another gas line. He then took the Best Buy gas line with him so I spent double for a gas line.

It has been 4 weeks since I have been going back and fourth with the 3rd party Best Buy hired to install my washer and dryer and it hasn’t been done. The company is so unprofessional. They advise me to buy a different vent for the dryer and each time they come they will ask to see the vent without coming into the house. They will then tell me that I bought a wrong vent and leave. They will put in the system that the job was completed. I have to call back multiple time to reschedule the appointment. I am still waiting to install my washer and dryer. I am very disappointed with the service
