Delivery Frustration

I literally had to help carry down my old washer and bring up the new one which really hurt my back. I can’t believe I paid for that experience. So unprofessional. Never again.

The company is so unprofessional. They advise me to buy a different vent for the dryer and each time they come they will ask to see the vent without coming into the house. They will then tell me that I bought a wrong vent and leave. They will put in the system that the job was completed. I have to call back multiple time to reschedule the appointment. I am still waiting to install my washer and dryer. I am very disappointed with the service
