Poor Response From Installation Company

Could not get anyone at the service company to answer the phone, you can only leave voicemails. Finally got a call back 2 days later and was told their licensed plumber would stop by at the end of his route to evaluate the issue. He never showed up. Tried calling the service company , again only a voicemail. Ended up hiring a different company to come fix the issue and complete the install. Best Buy did refund the install due to the issues.
