Very poor service

I had to follow up with Best Yet Installations (contracted through Best Buy) multiple times to schedule an appointment. Second, they came and installed the dryer, and did a quick test but it was not enough as we got 9A5 message as it was not properly installed. I had do call everyone - Best Buy, installation crew and LG several times to get a person here and fix it! Poor service overall.
