Poor communication
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The contractor company that came to install the dryer and washer greed me by asking for money to be able to install them. I was confused and asked for clarification. The tech indicated that I might need (they weren’t even in the house yet) a connector specified by the state (I had no clue what he was referring to). Basically he was telling me before confirming if I had all the requiered tools and connector at home plus the ones that I paid for when purchased the dryer and washer, that I needed to give them $100. I called Best Buy to confirm the need to pay them that amount and after waiting over 30 minutes the rep called the third party (contractor company) and for disconnected from the call with no further explanation. The lady from the contractor company told me the same thing that the tech might needed to get a new connector requiered by the state. In the meantime the techs finished with the installation and I paid the $100, but I went to Best Buy and claimed my money back which was reimbursed.

The dryer showed up damaged was installed and not usable. Didn’t get a replacement for three weeks not happy with this purchase, but in the end everything was made right
