Installer said the service did not apply to MA

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.as soon as the installer arrived i was informed the service Bets buy sold to me did not apply to Massachusetts regulations. I was given to choose between him leaving without installing or hiring his company to do the job for $350. I ended up having to pay twice for the install (best buy and then the installer) and have contacted best buy to multiple times to get a response or refund with no answer other than a case ID they are looking into. Ended up spending $550 to get dryer installed so can't be happy about that.

They showed up and we had to uncap the gas line ourselves. The part which connected the dryer to the gas line would not work and we made several trips to the hardware. We finally had to call a plumber which cost more money.

bad job Best Buy

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought and paid for may 2023. dryer finally delivered in July . the delivery could nit complete the install. I had to pay out of pocket for a local certified person to do the install. the people that came were not geek squad.it was outsourced. unfortunately the local Best Buy in Augusta does not even have a local number. you have to drive and go in the store to speak to anyone. bad job Best Buy. we are total tech members too.
