Poor service because of Covid-19

Hire your own contractor to do the install!!

After less than a week of use (after needing to hire a licensed contractor to get the dryer in to our laundry room to be installed) I needed to call that same contractor to replace the "new" rigid vent pipe that failed!! Not happy!!!!

danger in the installation

My house could explode. What are you at Best Buy going to do about this problem?

Horrible experience

Dryer was installed correctly but washer team damaged a pipe in my house and washer subsequently leaked. Unable to set up a fix with best buy

The Installation was not smooth

Installation? NO - DON'T DO IT!!!

Unfortunately, the installers did not check the fittings resulting in a small gas leak less than a week later. Best Buy was unable to send their installers to do the work - despite a phone call that lasted over an hour. We had to call the gas company to diagnose the issue. I would definitely NOT recommend installation thru Best Buy.

scheduling nightmare

We were emailed confirmations and then No Show. We would call into to Customer Care- which takes forever to actually talk to someone and they would assure us that the delivery and install would appear... No Show. What a fiasco!

Double check the company

I NEVER Got a message on delivery time. I NEVER got a call from them at all. I had to call Best Buy to find out when the plumber was supposed to arrive. Turned out they were 3 hours late. Then the plumber rushed through the job and left trash everywhere.

I ended up doing it myself as I was only using best buy to save me time. Get yourself a local plumber or do it yourself! Do not waste your time with best buy and their installation people

Worst Experience

Had just moved in and cleaned the house and I was forced to shampoo the carpets and repair the dry wall. I was only offered a $50 gift card for compensation, will be going with a different company in the future.

Dryer install by outside vendor through BestBuy

Poor service and insufficient delviery team

They wanted to leave it, but I would not take delivery. Best Buy still needs to make this right. Installer damaged my front door because they were by themselves. Still need Best Buy to fix this.

Lousy service.

It’s still not installed. They have been out 4 times. Each time there’s has been an excuse as to why they can’t finish the job.

Disaster

It was a week later! This was after several reschedules. This was a huge disaster. When it was finally installed, it was okay, it was just getting to that point with Best Buy not providing many other options was a disappointment.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

This was a disaster! We are so unhappy

Then the hookup was too short and we have to order a longer one and do this ourselves. We are extremely unhappy with this service that Best Buy uses. We will probably never buy another item that needs installation from your store again. It was a nightmare. We went a full month without a dryer waiting on this service to get it right and they never did!

It was not installed on the date of March 05 . Bestbuy customer service rescheduled for installation and haul away on March 17. But no one come my home installation.

Dryer Installation

The delivery person came without a pipe wrench and was unable to install the dryer because he could not unscrew a crucial part. I took the part to HOME DEPOT, and the helper there unscrewed the two parts easily. I have to wait another two weeks before I would use my dryer
