I never had a gas dryer before an was told that you could smell some gas at times. I had the dryer for a week and the gas smell was so heavy I brought in someone and they did the soap test. It turned out that the "Licensed" installer did not tighten the connection fully and the gas was leaking. I was told it was about 1/3 turn too loose. Could have been a disaster. Check your connection before they leave!!

Installation service was sub standard. The Gas was never turned on. The drier was not tested nor the gas leak checked. A call to the store was handled ok but it was another 2 weeks until someone came out with no further contact about scheduling. I feel I was misled about the service offered and frankly, ripped off. Beware of sublet installers.

The 1st Team did not install properly. The 2nd Team did a great job on the installation!

The washer and dryer did not reach the available plug. To make the washer reach, they pushed it over so far, that it popped the drain on my utility sink. Plus, pushed the water pipes over 4 inches and forward 3 inches. I didn't know this happened until I returned from a trip (before running my first load) and found a flooded basement - the air conditioning system drains into this sink. Also, the dryer opens on the wrong side. They didn't bother to ask which way would be better. It is incredibly inconvenient to move clothes from the washer to the dryer. A friend helped me move the machine over 5 inches, install a special surge protection plug box, repair the elbow connection under the sink, and straighten all the pipes moved when the washer was pushed over to reach the plug. Installers were late - well after the window. They notified me when they would be there (7:30 PM). My street is not busy, and I saw the truck at 7:30. By the time I opened the door, the truck was pulling away, and did not return for 40 minutes. I was told one of them "had to go to the bathroom." I'm fairly sure they took a dinner break. The laundry room was a mess when they left. Pieces of wire and odd bits of hardware all over the floor. I will never allow this type of installation here again.

The installers were timely, call prior to arrival, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this crew!!

He did a very poor job on the installation of the dryer. There was so much excess in the pipe, and he didnt even try to tidy it up. He claimed that he couldnt find the valve for the gas line to turn it off. Even though he connected to the live gas line. So he tapped in to a live gas line, but did not shut it off because he couldn't find the valve. He made a whole at the bottom of the wall instead of unscrewing the small rectangular plasterboard to access behind. If he would've unscrewed the plasterboard, then he would've found the valve directly behind it. Considering I spent over $2k for a washer and dryer, I should've gotten a much better installation than I received. Now I need to hire another technician to clean up what he didn't do correctly.

This is the best experience we had with installation. They were very professional, removed the old dryer and installed the new one in 20 minutes. They also took the time to explain things to us. Very helpful!

Came when they were scheduled. Did all the dirty work removing the old dryer, gas line connector, and vent. Neat and efficient. The absolute BEST way to get a new gas dryer installed. Very professional.

Awesome service! We didn’t have things to code for our hook ups and they fixed it to code and hooked up the washer and dryer same day. 10/10 recommend

They installed the washer, dryer and fridge at the same time. Was courteous and friendly. Not sure but may have the dryer install checked because I hear a loud noise when the gas comes on to heat.

The guys that came to install my dryer were very knowledgeable. They were courteous and careful. They walked me through the features, and ever explained the different hoses that I needed (and didn't need).

Delivery personnel was very professional and very helpful they did a great job I wanna thank them.
