They did not bring the right parts and said I would need to modify my valve. They were supposed to bring a variety of hoses, but only brought one. I had to call another installer and he got it right. Brought the right hose and no valve mod was needed. Never got a refund for the incomplete install. Last time I buy an appliance from Best Buy.

Be careful

They employee a Third Party Company called Best Yet Installations which exists to swindle customers for outrageous additional charges. Your home probably will not be up to code either and Best Yet will tell you they need to charge you 300% more than what you already paid in order to get the installation you already paid for.

Extra Charges for Gas Dryer Install

However, upon arrival, they said they needed an additional $235, which would include a required city permit, to complete the installation. This was an unexpected charge that was above the installation charge I had purchased, which I assumed was inclusive of all charges. Had I known this in advance, I may have purchased the gas dryer from another retailer.
