Be weary of getting your washer and dryer installed at Best Buy. They employee a Third Party Company called Best Yet Installations which exists to swindle customers for outrageous additional charges. Your home probably will not be up to code either and Best Yet will tell you they need to charge you 300% more than what you already paid in order to get the installation you already paid for.

It took 4 return/reinstall cycles and almost two months to finally get the working dryer so far. I have never had experience like this. A lot of time and effort had been put on one dryer. Hope I’m the only one to have this bad luck.

The young man who installed our new gas dryer did not connect the vent very well. It came loose yesterday afternoon after being installed for less than one month. My husband then had to reconnect the vent to the dryer after the moisture from the dryer leaked into our kitchen and made a mess of our laundry room. Not pleased with the installation we paid for.
