Delivery Frustration

I literally had to help carry down my old washer and bring up the new one which really hurt my back. I can’t believe I paid for that experience. So unprofessional. Never again.

Dryer install lasted less than one month

It came loose yesterday afternoon after being installed for less than one month. My husband then had to reconnect the vent to the dryer after the moisture from the dryer leaked into our kitchen and made a mess of our laundry room. Not pleased with the installation we paid for.
