Easy and stress free. Only thing I wish they would have installed both dryer vent clamps.

The installer was very professional and the installation was quick and performed without a hitch.

Ordered gas dryer installation. They did not bring the right parts and said I would need to modify my valve. They were supposed to bring a variety of hoses, but only brought one. I had to call another installer and he got it right. Brought the right hose and no valve mod was needed. Never got a refund for the incomplete install. Last time I buy an appliance from Best Buy.

Took the third attempts to deliver and install the gas dryer I ordered. They were late on the first attempt, rescheduled due to missing parts for hook up. On the second attempt I wasn't given a confirmation phone call. Customer service from XPO was rude and wouldn't tell you anything. They didn't have the dryer on the truck after they removed my old dryer. It turns out Best buy cancelled the pick up because they don't have it in stock anymore! (They probably sold it to someone else) Best buy customer service did not even call me back as they have promised but very rudely sent me a text for an delivery appointment I have never agreed to. On the third attempt I didn't get any confirmation phone call for the delivery neither and they arrived late again! The vent duct was leaking and I had to fix it myself and they did not hook up the water line and not even leave me the parts that came with the machine to boot up the water line. Overall, it's a night mare.
