Purchased "Stackable dryer". Was told by the installers that a stackable kit is required. Too late as here they are. So they installed side by side. Also, product required I purchase a dryer hose kit. Installer said hose kit doesn't meet code. Why require the sale of a non code compliant idem?

Took the third attempts to deliver and install the gas dryer I ordered. They were late on the first attempt, rescheduled due to missing parts for hook up. On the second attempt I wasn't given a confirmation phone call. Customer service from XPO was rude and wouldn't tell you anything. They didn't have the dryer on the truck after they removed my old dryer. It turns out Best buy cancelled the pick up because they don't have it in stock anymore! (They probably sold it to someone else) Best buy customer service did not even call me back as they have promised but very rudely sent me a text for an delivery appointment I have never agreed to. On the third attempt I didn't get any confirmation phone call for the delivery neither and they arrived late again! The vent duct was leaking and I had to fix it myself and they did not hook up the water line and not even leave me the parts that came with the machine to boot up the water line. Overall, it's a night mare.

The person that installed the dryer and Washing machine was so awesome, efficient, and informative.

The 2 men hardly spoke English. I expected licensed gas dryer installers. They were polite, however their installation work was unprofessional. I would like documentation as to their license for my records. They did not use pipe dope on gas connections.

The install never took place. Despite spending more than an hour on the phone Monday 1/16/23 with customer support to reschedule the gay dryer install (the install date was set for Saturday 1/21/23.), I received a call from the logistics provider who was en route to pick up the dryer asking me to disconnect the old gas dryer. Since that involves disconnecting from the gas line, I did not feel comfortable. I then spoke with dispatch who said that I’d be receiving another call from Best Buy, but I never got a call back. The service was so poor that I ended up canceling the gas dryer purchase and install. Best Buy at this time does not seem capable of coordinating the effort from sticking to a date, to disconnecting and removing, to install the new product.
