Fast and friendly and careful around house when moving appliances inside

Purchased "Stackable dryer". Was told by the installers that a stackable kit is required. Too late as here they are. So they installed side by side. Also, product required I purchase a dryer hose kit. Installer said hose kit doesn't meet code. Why require the sale of a non code compliant idem?

The first guy to come install the new dryer crimped the exhaust hose, so when I tried to dry clothes, it was not working. I called the service and they said I would have to wait another week to get someone out to check the installation. They came by and said it was the dryer and told me to call Best buy about getting it replaced. I did, and they said it would be yet another week. Finally get the next guy out and he identifies that the only problem was the crimped hose and tried to get me to keep the old dryer. I said no and he finally replaced it and the crimped hose with a special connection to prevent that from happening again. All is well until I noticed it still not drying well. I pulled the dryer out myself and ran a snake up the exhaust vent and found it was clogged due to excess moisture. Problem is that three techs with the installation company was not able to determine that. Doesn't bode well in my book and I will choose to install myself from now on. Not only that, but because it was gas, the price was very high. I figured it was because they might have to have a licensed person due to it being gas, but I can guarantee that neither of these guys were.

They came out twice to install the dryer and never did it. First guy said the gas line was too short that I had to buy the pedestal and left. Second guy said first guy was wrong and you can stretch the gas hose and it worded. However, he complained that the connection on the end was the wrong one. Turns out (I'll spare the details) that the dryer came with an adaptor that if you took it off, the hose fit fine. Needless to say the left without installing it on the pedestal or hooking it up. We were left to figure it out ourselves and install it. Not sure I'd buy from Best Buy again due this hassle. Took over a week and we had to do it. Meanwhile, I was without machines for over a week.

The installation of the dryer was very professional, as always.

I had to do the final steps of the install myself as there was one part that they did not have to finish. The frustrating part was that he stated that this happens a lot. Why wouldn't they have the part when "it happens a lot?"

The Best Buy installer was an excellent choice. Very professional and excellent quality work!
