My experience with Best Buy Owings mills has been absolutely horrible. It started in February and 4 months later still no resolve. I ordered a unit added tech support and was billed. Over a 1000 calls to customer service, customer resolution, geek squad, visits to the store, damage to my home, time off work, missed appointments, emails, Best Buy credit card mischarged, designers and disputes filed and I still have not gotten my money credited back to my account in full. All I wanted was my unit installed. It was sent back after 3 months of lies and still the process continues to get my mo ey back.

They did a good job getting my dryer in house and installed even though it wasn’t the easiest job.

Great job they did. Have to have handy man install tubing though.

The gentlemen that installed our dryer knew this product very well and had it all installed in record time.

Worst installation! I had to follow up with Best Yet Installations (contracted through Best Buy) multiple times to schedule an appointment. Second, they came and installed the dryer, and did a quick test but it was not enough as we got 9A5 message as it was not properly installed. I had do call everyone - Best Buy, installation crew and LG several times to get a person here and fix it! Poor service overall.

I would recommend these delivery and installers ,They call when 20 min away and nice and polite.

The dryer have many circles. It’s an excellent fixture. Clothes come out of the dryer with no damage.

Install was done correctly, however, even after driving 80 miles to my new home and taking photos of the fittings that were at the house I was charged additional money for a fitting that was needed. It was rather extortion like in that they would leave it as is and I'd have to pay another fee to have them return. Not pleased.

Love my Matag washer and dryer. Love the flexibility of the products to meet my washer and dryer needs.

I purchased a gas dryer instead of an electric one. The guys were great and took it back no problems.

They came in did what there supposed to do and made sure I was happy with the installation.

I am beyond annoyed I am being charged for this installation as this installation was the main reason for this huge headache i've dealt with with Best Buy over the last two weeks. And the reason for my return of nearly $1800. My installation was not looked over well and they left with my washer/dryer malfunctioned and it turned into 4 separate appointments with Best Buy to only come back and say that the equipment installed was malfunctioning and needed replacement. I feel these installers should not have left my property without knowing 100% for certain that the installed products were working as intended. Due to this I went 11 days with un-working appliances installed, 4 separate appointments, and two and a half days of missed wages at work.. So no, I did not enjoy this experience at all. I also do not believe I should have to pay for this seeing because of this I lost out on over $600 in income from work.

The technicians were on time and professional and answered the questions I had.
