Needed a licensed professional as well as a county permit. Inspector passed it and said he did a good job

I have to dock some stars simply because he was trying to charge us for something that was already paid for. When he saw that I was not going to fall for it he then started changing it up before letting me know that, "Since you guys are so cool and I had one in the truck, I'll just install this for you at no charge." Again, it was done correctly and quickly, but that type of behavior costs stars in the review.

It was bad they hooknit up wrong had to get everyone put of my house they hooked itnup wrong. After they hooked it up we left the house came back thebwhole house was full of gas had to call a real plumber thay next daybcould.not sleep at our house and thank god i got.my dog out of the house before she got really sicks

They did a good job getting my dryer in house and installed even though it wasn’t the easiest job.

The first guy to come install the new dryer crimped the exhaust hose, so when I tried to dry clothes, it was not working. I called the service and they said I would have to wait another week to get someone out to check the installation. They came by and said it was the dryer and told me to call Best buy about getting it replaced. I did, and they said it would be yet another week. Finally get the next guy out and he identifies that the only problem was the crimped hose and tried to get me to keep the old dryer. I said no and he finally replaced it and the crimped hose with a special connection to prevent that from happening again. All is well until I noticed it still not drying well. I pulled the dryer out myself and ran a snake up the exhaust vent and found it was clogged due to excess moisture. Problem is that three techs with the installation company was not able to determine that. Doesn't bode well in my book and I will choose to install myself from now on. Not only that, but because it was gas, the price was very high. I figured it was because they might have to have a licensed person due to it being gas, but I can guarantee that neither of these guys were.

I would recommend these delivery and installers ,They call when 20 min away and nice and polite.

The gentlemen that installed our dryer knew this product very well and had it all installed in record time.

The dryer have many circles. It’s an excellent fixture. Clothes come out of the dryer with no damage.

Had the Best Buy team hook up the dryer and it seemed like it was easy to set up
