Awful 3rd party delivery experience

I confirmed multiple times with Best Buy and it says so on my receipt. The guys that delivered (3rd party) were incredibly unprofessional and tried to get me to pay them $500-1000 in cash for them to install. I refused to pay them cash(seemed sketchy), ended with them throwing the washer and dryer in the basement without installing. I ended up having to pay a private contractor to install. It was a terrible experience and the delivery guys should not be allowed into anyone’s home.

They installed it very fast and accurately.

Bad service

After they hooked it up we left the house came back thebwhole house was full of gas had to call a real plumber thay next daybcould.not sleep at our house and thank god i got.my dog out of the house before she got really sicks
