Not worth it

Disappointing install

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We were not allowed even a minute to wipe up the floor after old appliances were moved, and they did not put door on the correct side of the appliance. Very disappointing. For our washer install they didn’t have the drain hose so they didn’t even finish that install. Talking to customer service I’d have to wait a week for them to come back out so I had to go buy a drain (which should have come in the box) on my own and do it even though we had install as part of our purchase.

Disaster

The 1st dryer was defective and happy they tested but took the old dryer away at the same time leaving us with no dryer. The replacement took 3 weeks to replace. The Best Buy team was always professional but very unorganized. Each department had no idea what the other was doing and had to continue to follow up on progress. The second team that came out to deliver the new dryer was fantastic and should receive 5 stars but the overall process was a disaster.
