Best Buy won't refund the purchase price because it is a subcontractor. The subcontractor refused my request for a refund.

A disaster

NOTHING has gone right. And on top of it, the washer broke after a month. And, Customer Service said they would send $150 gift card to apologize for the whole mess, and never sent it!!!

What a joke!

The installers then charged me an additional $600 to install it!!! $600!!! When I went back to Best Buy to inquire why it cost so much, they told me it was not their problem since they contracted a third party to do the install. Best Buy - you’re the worst! Never again!

Brand new carpet ruined by delivery men

I called and sent e mails with pictures. NOTHING has been done. All I have is a claim number.

Installer never tested the gas.

Gas dryer install

He was trying to make extra bucks from my tenant who does not know fittings and did not installed in 1st attempt

Those were already in place. The installer declined to attempt an out of the ordinary installation and properly so. I agreed with his decision.

Then said they couldn't install because my husband removed door casing when they were here but outside We unboxed and installed ourselves.

So while the dryer wasn’t in use I just kept on Turing it off. The dryer was uninstalled and my husband installed a new gas dryer since we didn’t want to pay for another install, no gas smell.

BestBuy Service do not value you!

They use 3rd party partners to do install and you get what ever time frame they want to come in not the time you choose!!

No dryer vent

I paid for the vent with the purchase of the dryer but the new dryer vent was never installed nor did they leave the vent that I had to pay for.

I am very unhappy with the service. The technician came in when my old grandmother was at home. And, he changed most stuff with exceptions to gas vent pipe. Now i have to search for installer again and spent couple dollars.

Not the best idea

Upon delivery, they told me I had to pay them for a delivery fee, a work permit and a new gas line install. None of this was explained when purchased. Called Best Buy to get an explanation and nothing got resolved on my end. Not recommended.

Cannot properly review

No call, nothing. Wasted a full day. Took me 3 days of calling and going back to the store to get this resolved, which never happened. Had to cancel.

Bad Installation

The man came to hook it up he said I needed a gas cap he charged me 100 dollars I didn’t need the the gas cap . I will never use Best Buy services again.
