I was disappointed that the first time Best Buy was supposed to install the dryer they didn't show up at the time of the appointment and didn't even call. I contacted them and scheduled a new appointment, which they kept, but when they got there they had the wrong accessories. The third time we finally got the dryer installed and the old one hauled away....but can't give it a glowing review.

I didn't buy this separately, it came with the GE gas dryer. Fitted and worked.

I usually haven’t had an issue with Best Buy but our Dryer installation was nightmare. I didn’t realize most of their installation is done by 3rd Party companies that are contracted with them. For our dryer installation one of them came and were horrible to work with. They were in a rush, super unprofessional, kept on saying they need to leave even though the work wasn’t fully completed. I would not recommend Best Buy’s installation if you can find someone else to complete it. That’s what I finally had to do because of the mess the installer did. It cost me an extra $200 but it was worth it especially with the experience I had with Best Buy.

Received a call from delivery driver stating he would be there in 20 minutes, showed up 2 hours later. Driver was rude, didn’t want to provide any instructions on how to operate driver. St the end he demanded I sign a document on his phone, would not let me read it. Have been unable to get a copy of the document. My washer is making noises and looking to buy the washer that matches the dryer. Due to the problems with the delivery team will not purchase from Pacific Sales or Best Buy. Have bought several large appliances from Pacific Sales, their showroom and sales staff are first class, but their current delivery service rates an “F”.

The installer was a real pro. He installed our new gas dryer without a hitch, got it up and running and tested/checked everything before leaving.

The team did nothing more than the ordinary with the installation of the gas line and lining up and leveling the dryer.
