Poor installation job caused a significant gas lea

Installation of gas dryer was done poorly. My gas company was able to confirm the leak in my house was caused from the flex line not being properly sealed. I made multiple attempts trying to get a hold of Best Buy to report the incident and no success. I was spending about 60 minutes per phone call on hold waiting to talk to someone. So, I went into the Best Buy store in Mayslanding, NJ, where the store manager told me there is nothing she could do for me. (Not even refund me the installation fees and parts.) The most she could do was tell me to call the 1-800 number and get a hold of claims even though I was in the store for the fact I could not get a hold of anyone via the 1-800 over several days. She told me that she could call but it will take her just as long to get a hold of her higher ups. Frustrated and very much disappointed.
