Great service, quick install. Cleaned up all the garbage. Well worth the money for ease of install and correct, seamless installation and use.

dryer came smashed in presumably by a fork lift, well over a week to get a new one.

the instal never happened. my set up had the gas line slightly out of reach of the connection hose that came w the install kit- i thought it was going to work but it would've been a stretch-- the. delivery man said i needed a 6 foot line to be safe-- which of course he didn't have and couldn't get - but i could-- at HOME DEPOT !! per his recommendation --- i asked him not to leave me the cable that wouldn't work as i did not want it if it did not work---- he was rude and insisted i had to take the cable that kept him from doing the install and i would 'just have to take it back to the store' . then to top things off they NEVER TOOK away the old dryer-- so i come home from work the day before Thanksgiving to two non- functional dryers. the old 'have it up and running for me' didn't happen , instead i spent thanksgiving weekend installing it myself and STILL have the old dryer sitting there-- would not bother with this service-- pay someone else or do it yourself. it's a hassle but at least they won't be rude to you and your family like my guy was to us.

The installers were on time and cautious. The delivered the new dryer, installed it and hauled out the old one.

Techs installed dryer. Works fine but found box with all NEW installations materials UNOPENED on the ground. They simply installed my new dryer leaving all old ducts etc. Cutting corners to get in and out faster.

No issues on delivery, however installation did not happen. Not installers fault, hookups weren't ready for install.

Could have been better didn't replace some vent parts instead just left me the parts. Nice guys just in a hurry im sure. Also didn't tell me I needed extra stuff for steam option.

They did not hook up the steam kit the first time.

All the following was discovered shortly after the "installers" left. Scratched the washer (based on behavioral ques, I suspect they knew it and tried to hide it, but can't know for sure). They crushed the dryer vent hose when positioning the dryer after hook up. Upon discovering this, I pulled the dryer back out, cut down the hose eliminating the crushed section and excess hose, to permit the dryer to be properly positioned and allow for maximum air flow/venting and not re-crushing the hose. This is Install 101, they failed. While moving the dryer to access and repair the crushed hose, the hose litterally fell off the points of connection at both the dryer and the wall, meaning they had barely slipped the hose over the "male" counter parts. They did not tighten the clamps on either end or use duct tape to secure the hose!!??? More 101 level incompetence. This was only the beginning of a saga that would ultimately become the single worst retail experience of my life.
