The first delivery was scheduled for a Monday. I checked online 1/2 hour before end delivery time to find that my items had been backordered. I was never told in any form that there would be no delivery Monday. I rescheduled for 3 days later. Delivery guys tried extra hard to remove old washer/dryer. Only good thing. They installed it on the wrong side, siting the attachment they had had to be done this way and the door would get in the way if we didn't do it that way. They smashed the vent hose, creating a fire hazard. When I asked them about that, they said it was fine. The hose is smooth on the inside and everything would go thru. Actually, the hose is not smooth but rigid and was completely smashed. The door could have been switched as it is reversible. I had to call a plumber to have it reinstalled correctly, which cost me. I called to complain and was offered $50 gift card. This is refund for installation and vent hose. No reimbursement for plumber.

I have been a very loyal customer to Best Buy for a couple decades now. I have never been disappointed like I was with this installation. The Installation wasn't even finished! They left my dryer vent line just hanging over the washing machine and the guys just left saying it was as done as they could. I purchased the required kit from Best Buy and I ended up having to completw the install I paid for. All necessary supplies were in the box even though they said they weren't. I even tried calling customer support about it and they were absolutely no help. I was on hold for over an hour and a half then the person that was helping me just hung up on me. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable! I will NEVER have Best Buy install again! If I could give zero stars I would!

Had Best Buy deliver and install my Samsung smart dryer. They placed dryer in its spot and hook up gas line and install and hooked up dryer vent.
