Horrible customer service install.

And they were dented by the time they came back the 3rd time because the washer and dryer were finally installed but not level with each other.

Inexperienced Installation Techs

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 3rd party vendor who came to install the dryer and 4 way side vent kit did not know how to install the side vent kit correctly. It came apart shortly after the installation visit and I could not use the dryer due to excessive gas smell and cloths did not dry. Best Buy was going to send out the same company to repair the side vent kit but I told the vendor not to come because it was going to be the same tech's. They didn't know how to properly set up the side kit. My rating is based on the 3rd party vendor not Best Buy. The Sales Associate and customer service were more than helpful to assist me with the problem. I would rate the Best Buy employee's a 5 star. Probably will use my warranty and get a Best Buy or Maytag tech to install the side vent correctly.
