First guys who came, that installed my washer at the same time, couldn't hook it up to the gas pipe. They didn't have the correct coupling. I had to go buy the part and they said it was something I could do myself, but because I paid for the installation, just call the store and they would schedule someone to come out. The first people didn't install the vent pipe either and said that it was too short (It wasn't). Upon having the second people come out, they hooked the dryer up to gas, but did not swap out the correct exhaust pipe and didn't even make sure the one that was there was attached. Turns out the first guys messed up the correct vent pipe and when I went to see if I could connecting things, I couldn't. Talked to the store, they said someone would call me to get me fixed up, still haven't heard anything a week later. I don't know what to tell you. I can't say that I think that my experience was par for the course, but I was severely disappointed with this aspect of things.

I really should ask for my money back. It took 2 trips and they still didn't install it correctly. USELESS! The dry door opened to the wall, did they switch it? NOPE, I am very hesitant to use GeekSquad for any installation work.

We love the new washer and dryer set, but the installation was not up to expectations. The original installer forgot to hook up the steam dryer feature. So we had to reschedule a second install date. When the second technician showed up, he didn't have the part needed as he was with zero help in rectifying the mistake. When I asked him to help correct it, he acted like it was my fault. He walked out the door and left with no information or help on what to do next. We had to schedule a third install date taking off work again to meet the installer, not to mention the time wasted on the phone calling customer service to get it right and done. Very disappointing Best Buy.
