The guys did a pretty neat job of installing it. No mess, no leak, just professional work. Job well done.

The delivery process for this was a nightmare - as I have already posted for the washer - they were ordered as a set. It took hours on the phone with customer service, 3 visits to the store and nearly 6 weeks to get the set installed. Further more they showed up with the wrong hose for the dryer and I had to run out and buy one. When I tried to return the unused hose (they couldn't process the return internally), I had to make 2 trips because they (the delivery contractor) didn't enter their tracking information. Lastly they dented the dryer getting in the house - not a big deal but it was like the icing on top of the cake. Happy with the dryer - but will not order appliances from Best Buy again.

Two Delivery/installation guys from Best Buy did not know how to hook up dryer venting in a typical small Anthem, AZ laundry room. The lead installer could not understand nor speak English which was also very frustrating. They attempted to attach dryer venting 3 times, smashed and dented venting ( after cutting it down twice). When they were done each time we could not open or close laundry room door. Asked them to do it over a 4th time and they said they couldn't do it any better and said sorry, then just left! After they abruptly left, my husband had to take our new crushed venting off (actually it fell off) and reattached our old venting, slid dryer back in and had plenty of room to open and close the laundry room door. Best Buy installers are totally incompetent!
