Samsung dryer

I did get a refund on both and the delivery guys were very nice but not the service I expected.

Incomplete

They also used a very cheap air vent pipe and we had to go buy a new one and replace the one they used.

Installation experience was terrible

First try dryer showed up damaged. 2nd try they refused to move the dryer upstairs. 3rd try they almost left without installing because they didn’t understand how to connect the dryer while in a tight space.
