Best Buy Took My Money

These parts weren’t needed, because the dryer already came with them. I returned the unneeded parts a week after the delivery, but as of today, the refund had not posted to my credit card. I went to the Glendora location today and I was refused a refund, because the clerk that did the return did not give me a receipt. The store manager was a very unpleasant individual. Best Buy should be ashamed for treating a loyal customer this way.

Unprofessional

And installed where in the manual shows a picture of how not to install. I did not know this until i read the manual and saw the picture on how not to install. I looked at how they installed mine and it looked like the way it should not be. The service was so unprofessional, i rather not use them again and only hope I can go without using their services.
