Not Good!

Delivery was delayed due to issues with the delivery company. When the dryer was delivered the guys did not have the proper needs to perform the LP Gas conversion. Install was rescheduled...nobody showed up. This was rescheduled numerous times and nobody ever showed up to perform the conversion. I had my propane provider perform the conversion (for a fee). An awful experience.

Scheduling & communication disconnect + sloppy

They installers consistently show up before the scheduled installation time. The installers told me they were informed to show up within a different window than what Best Buy told me. I've requested some basic installation things, such as switching the door swing, but here we are.. hopefully 4th time is a charm.
