      Installer did not tighten fittings. Gas smell in house. Best Buy could not get the installer to return to fix the problem, it would have been a three day wait to schedule. We had to call the gas company to come out for and emergency call to fix the problem.

      would have been 5 stars, but guys couldn't get gas line off of wall to replace with new/longer one they brought. had to get a plumber. all the plumber did was use a bigger wrench. otherwise service was great!

      I paid for delivery and installation of a gas dryer. When the delivery guys came they said I needed to update the gas fitting because my current one was incompatible with the new dryer. You would think they had encountered this problem before and had fittings they could change out to make it work. They made no offer of coming back with the correct fittings or crediting my account for the non-service (which I had paid for). My husband, luckily, is handy, so he bought the necessary gas fitting and did the dryer installation himself.
