Possible explosion on Gas Dryer

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was terrible, the people that hooked up my gas dryer could have blew up my home. My child smelled gas so my wife called the gas company. Come to find out no pipe dope on fitting, they took my good vent and gave me the terrible one. Also vent was way to long which collects lint and can't start a fire. The gas company man said if it had kept venting into the machine there could have been an explosion. I highly suggest getting better people.

Mixed experience

Made me buy some parts on installation and told me that i should not tell best buy. there was marks on the dryer which he didn't remove but told me to buy "GOOF OFF" and clean the surface so that the marks will go away. That chemical destroy the original color of the dryer, very disappointed I called customer service. I am very happy with the customer service agent who is going to replace that unit with no cost from my pocket. Thank you.
